WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A FITNESS COACH?

Even before working full time in fitness industry I discovered my passion for helping others. Building connection with people is a gift I was born with. I genuinely care and want to share my energy and experience to help you achieve your goals.

WHAT TYPE OF WORKOUT IS IT?

It is a 45min intensity interval training session. It will help you to improve your muscle strength, balance, metabolism, cardiovascular capacity, and overall quality of life. I guarantee you will leave my session feeling accomplished, happy, and proud!

I DON'T HAVE ANY EQUIPMENT. CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?

Some sessions do require light to medium weights, but you can also use home objects like bottle of waters or cans. You will also need a mat or something soft for floor exercises.

WHAT IS HIIT TRAINING?

Combined short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise.

It is the most efficient way to achieve lean and toned silhouette.

I JUST STARTED TRAINING. CAN I DO YOUR HIIT CLASS?

Yes! I give many options so that you can follow regardless of your fitness level.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN YOUR ONLINE GROUP CLASSES?

There are 4 classes each week. You can either buy a class pack (go to tab Plans&Pricing) or pay $15 per session.
