what to expect: we don't use weights, we move quickly, we don't have a lot of breaks in between exercises. The goal is to keep your body moving for a long period of time. We jump, we sweat, we laugh :)

SATURDAY: CHALLENGE DAY!!!

what to expect: We always start with a warmup and activation exercises. I usually use AMRAP structure (as many reps/rounds as possible). **AMRAP workouts force you to work super hard during the entire workout, they also have a time limit on them which is a little easier to get through since you know the pain will only last so long.
