GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE

Challenge - Fun - Community

All classes are 45min.

I adapt them to all fitness levels.

Be ready to sweat, laugh, and connect with people like you!

6:15 PM - 7 PM

MONDAY:  CARDIO/ NOT AVAILABLE 

  • equipment: yoga mat

  • what to expect: we don't use weights, we move quickly, we don't have a lot of breaks in between exercises. The goal is to keep your body moving for a long period of time. We jump, we sweat, we laugh :) 

5:40 PM - 6:25 PM

WEDNESDAY: FULL BODY INTERVAL TRAINING

  • equipment: yoga mat, dumbbells

  • what to expect: full body blast !!! All types of interval training that involve a period of work followed by a period of rest. During the work phase we get out of our comfort zone and push our limits - that is when the beast mode is really ON!

6:15 PM - 7 PM

THURSDAY: HITT /NOT AVAILABLE 

  • equipment: yoga mat, Dumbells

  • what to expect: full body blast !!! All types of interval training that involve a period of work followed by a period of rest. During the work phase we get out of our comfort zone and push our limits - that is when the beast mode is really ON!

9:00 AM - 9:45 AM

SATURDAY: CHALLENGE DAY!!!

  • equipment: yoga mat, dumbbells

  • what to expect: We always start with a warmup and activation exercises. I usually use AMRAP structure (as many reps/rounds as possible). **AMRAP workouts force you to work super hard during the entire workout, they also have a time limit on them which is a little easier to get through since you know the pain will only last so long.
